Founded in 2014, Sinowaja (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“Sinowaja Malaysia”) is an integrated power solution provider incorporated in Malaysia – continuously providing innovative and efficient solutions to the electric power industry. Throughout the years, we have expanded our products and groundbreaking solutions to the global market.

Sinowaja (Malaysia) is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company dedicated in upholding world-class specifications for every product and service that is delivered to our clients. We make it a priority to ensure that each and every of its product and service delivered is of high quality, reliable, efficient and safe. We strictly comply to the requirements, specifications, guidelines and characterisitics set forth throughout the process of manufacturing our products and delivering services. From our origin as procurement and production management consultant for steel lattice towers and monopoles used in electrical transmission and distribution line, we have since expanded to electrical power engineering design and the supply of steel lattice towers, monopoles, fittings, equipment and other products used in electrical transmission and distribution system. We also undertake project management of turn-key projects in electrical transmission and distribution system. In respect to electrical power engineering design and testing of electrical system, we are strongly supported by our domestic and international strategic partners.

Together with our strategic partners, we design of MV/HV electrical substation, steel lattice tower and monopole used in both electrical transmission and telecommunication system.

Mr. Pang is a director of the company since year 2015. He is a UK Law graduate and was called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 2019. He gathered his experience in corporate, intellectual property and specific litigation practice from a renown legal firm in Kuala Lumpur wherein he involved in, amongst others, due diligence for merger and acquisition of companies and issuance of SUKUK programme, patent infringement litigation, trademark passing-off and counterfeit products enforcement action, specific debt recovery, and other litigation matters. He is currently the Executive Director of the company who leads the division of commercial and strategic planning where he is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business and strategic planning of the company including the sustainability of the company’s business.

Ms. Pang is an accounting graduate and co-founder of the company. She is a director of the company since year 2017 and was qualified as a chartered certified accountant (ACCA) in the same year. Being a co-founder, she gathers her vast experience in the power industry. Ms Pang is now the Executive Director of the company who leads the Corporate Administration Division responsible for the overall management of the company including accounts, finance, human resources and training.

John Melvin Anak Peter

Mr. John is an engineering graduate who joined the company as Head of Product Standard Compliance Department in year 2017. He is now the General Manager of our Production Administration responsible for the overall production management of our company and maintaining the quality assurance and quality control of our services and products. Mr. John gathered vast experience in product standard from his previous engagement in SIRIM QAS International Sdn Bhd.
